Finally some guidance for restaurant-goers

The July 31 and Aug. 1 articles on food safety were a consumer service that was sorely needed in the Lehigh Valley. Prior to this fine reporting, we restaurant-goers had no place to review the eateries that we frequent.

I often see things in restaurants that make my stomach turn flip-flops. I never could find out where to report these restaurants until these articles were published.

We all expect and deserve to have our food supply safe. These articles will make our decisions easier when we decide to go out to eat. I thank the reporters for this public health service, and I would like to see this work continued and updated at regular intervals.
